We do not offer cash refunds, but in eligible cases (as mentioned below), we will issue a Store Credit, which can be used for future purchases. In rare circumstances where a customer insists on a refund to their bank account, and if the request is deemed valid, the refund may be processed to the original payment method, subject to approval by the admin.

Upon receiving your parcel, please record an unboxing video. This is required to claim a refund or replacement in the following cases:
Without the unboxing video, we are unable to process any refund or replacement claims, as this step helps prevent fraudulent cases. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
● If the order is confirmed but we are unable to ship the product (e.g., due to stock unavailability), we will issue a refund, which will take 5-7 working days to process.
● In cases of damaged or incorrect items, we will arrange for return shipping. If return shipping is unavailable in your area, we may ask you to send the item back through a reliable courier service, for which we will reimburse you up to ₹50 per kg for shipping costs. Please ensure the item is packaged securely in its original condition.
For returns due to wrong items or damage:
We will arrange a return pickup if possible. If a pickup is unavailable, we request that you ship the product back to us. Please pack the product securely and in the same condition as received. Once we receive the product in good condition, a Store Credit will be issued.
Please note: Returns are not applicable on items purchased during Mega Sales or other promotional sales.

To ensure the highest quality for our buyers, we do not reissue products that have been returned by other customers, particularly during times of national or regional emergencies.
