Shipping & Cancellation

Domestic Shipping:

We offer shipping services across India. Please note, once an order is booked and the shipment is processed, we do not allow cancellations. If you're unable to receive the order for any reason on your end, we regret that shipping, packaging, and payment gateway charges (3% transaction fee) will not be refundable. Additionally, we do not accept urgent order requests.

We prioritize careful handling and shipping of all products. To ensure smooth processing, please allow 1-3 working days for dispatch. Orders placed before 12 PM on a business day are typically shipped the same day, provided card security checks, payment, and stock availability are confirmed. Orders placed after 12 PM will be shipped the next business day. Orders received on Sundays or holidays will be dispatched the following Monday or the next working day.

During peak seasons, such as holidays, processing times and shipping may be delayed. If your delivery address is only accessible through India Speed Post, please mention this in the order notes to ensure the proper shipping method is selected. Rural addresses may require additional time for delivery.

There is no minimum order value for prepaid orders.

We ship products via The Professional Courier and India Post. Generally, delivery takes 48-72 hours. However, for bulky items shipped by surface transport (road), delivery may take 7-10 days. If urgent delivery is requested, we can ship via air at an additional cost. Please note that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, including but not limited to:

  • ● Inability to reach the customer
  • ● Invalid or unreachable contact number
  • ● Strikes (city-wide or affecting courier services)
  • ● Natural calamities (e.g., earthquakes, floods)
  • ● Government raids
  • ● Transit accidents or delays

Order Cancellation:

Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled. EbitaToys reserves the right to determine whether an order can be canceled, and the customer agrees not to dispute this decision.

If a cancellation request is received and the order has not yet been processed, a 10% restocking fee (excluding shipping costs) will apply. Cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order, and only if the order status shows as "pending" in your Order History.
